Our team
Our team brings more than 18 years of experience serving both public and private institutions across higher education. We have built our careers from the ground up—beginning in entry-level roles and progressing to senior leadership positions—giving us a deep, practical understanding of how financial decisions affect institutions at every level.
Our experience spans the full range of higher education business and financial operations, including budgeting, financial statement preparation, audit coordination, grant management, general accounting, and enterprise operations. Members of our team have held key leadership roles such as Budget Director, Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Grant Manager, and leaders overseeing auxiliaries and endowments. We also bring hands-on experience working with Ellucian ERP systems, including Colleague and Banner, allowing us to support institutions within the systems they rely on every day.
We specialize in strengthening the financial foundation of higher education institutions by designing and implementing financial models that work across the organization.
